The plastic "hat" kind of ruins the look of the floor vent, but without it, the air blows more behind the curtains than into the room. :PJ.Banehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17195276109146618481noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9176007711635280067.post-14522836339143491182012-09-30T20:16:05.664-06:002012-09-30T20:16:05.664-06:00Thank you! :)Thank you! :)J.Banehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17195276109146618481noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9176007711635280067.post-79524839058405754372012-09-29T20:25:17.480-06:002012-09-29T20:25:17.480-06:00My "magical outlets" are outside. This switch also operates the lights that sit on either side of my front gate, but not the one next to my front door. That one has it's own switch. Those cable ducts are brilliant ideas; there used to be some running on our house for the internal computer network, before wireless. Baseboards (same skirting?) do make a room look more finished. That's a pretty floor vent. I love the way you put that! We have that in our apartment too, in our case if you hit it (which is in the dining room??) it turns off our tv/dvd player.
